Sexercise – World’s Heaviest Woman Key To Losing Weight

What better way to lose weight than to engage in some action between the sheets?

Pauline Potter was officially pronounced by Guiness World Records as the world’s heaviest woman last year at a whopping 643 pounds (291.7kg). Back then, she had contacted the record officials in the hopes that the title would shamed her to losing weight.

Though Pauline comes from a family with a history of obesity, she admits her large size was a result of her diet, made worst by being broken hearted about a failed relationship with her ex-husband, Alex whom she had met online. The couple had married in 2005 but split up three years later because she couldn’t bond with his son. Depressed, she began consuming large amounts of high-calorie foods and start packing on the pounds.

Not only did she snagged the title of the world’s heaviest woman, she also got her ex-husband back. Alex had come to visit her after hearing about the publicity surrounding her entry into Guiness and needless to say, the flame was quickly rekindled.

Fast tracked to today, they are now enjoying a ferocious sex life daily. According to Pauline, sex with Alex has helped her shed 98 pounds (44.45kg) so far. “I can’t move much in bed, but I burn 500 calories a session – it’s great exercise just jiggling around,” she said in an interview with Closer magazine.

Her goal is to drop down to 532 pounds (241kg), with Alex’s help of course. “We love foreplay and massages as well as full sex, I pleasure Alex too.” She claims they have sex up to seven times a day. Looks like her weight-loss plan is moving at full speed. Besides that, she has stopped eating 10,000 calories meal per day.

Lets Get Physical

Sexercise to keep fit is not a myth. When you have sex, you use every muscle group within your body. It has been found that regular action in bed can lower the risk of heart attacks, boost immune system and burn calories.

As with any exercise, the key to developing your strength, stamina and flexibility is to be ready to go. Aim for 30 minutes of romping 3-5 times a week. This will burn anywhere from 15-350 calories depending on how “active” you are – typically the one on top tends to burn more.

Here’s the fun fact, this 30 minutes of action is the equivalent of calories burned during half an hour of brisk walking, running or lifting weights. If you have longer aka vigorous sessions in bed five times per week, you’re looking at burning up to 1,650 calories! In a matter of weeks, you will see improvements in the tone and strength of your stomach, back, buttocks, legs and arms.
