Nothing makes me and my yoga obsessed clique happier than a nice, long stretch on the yoga mat first thing in the morning. It wakes you up physically, mentally and restores a sense of serenity in you throughout. 

Since this column won’t focus much on why you should practice some basic yoga moves to tone up your legs and arms, we decided to focus on the plus sides of dating a girl who practices yoga as a daily workout routine. And this extends more to than just getting a superhot girlfriend with a superhot body.

In yoga class, we’re basically trained to inhale positivity and exhale negative vibes. A girl who practices yoga manages her life well, focuses on the sunny side of things and moves on from the bad things in life. Men don’t like complex, drama filled relationships.
